Numerous world auction records for Patek Philippe references were set, including for the top lot of the sale: a PATEK PHILIPPE - AN EXTREMELY RARE 18K WHITE GOLD AUTOMATIC PERPETUAL CALENDAR WRISTWATCH WITH MOON PHASES, REF. 3448, MANUFACTURED IN 1966, which sold for HK$9,250,000/ US$1.2 Million.
