MEDIA ALERT Christie’s Important Watches Autumn Auction presents ELEVEN RM011 FELIPE MASSA WRISTWATCHES EACH NUMBERED 00

Hong Kong – Christie’s is delighted to present eleven RM011 Felipe Massa wristwatches, each numbered 00 in impeccable condition with warranty and winding boxes, at estimates ranging from HK$1,350,000 –2,300,000/ US$180,000 – 300,000, in Important Watches autumn auction on 26 November 2018 (please see below for the estimates of each watch).

Legendary F1 racing icon and the brand’s historic partner, Felipe Massa has started every Grand Prix with a RM watch on his wrist. Since then, the accomplished Brazilian driver has won 11 races. In this collection, each watch is created with its own unique characterisitics and embodies the brand’s ethos of sporty aesthetics and technical excellence.

Numbered “00”, these eleven RM011 are almost always retained by the manufacturer and are not included in the limited edition sold to the general public, making them exceptionally rare and setting a milestone for the brand and watch auction history.
