The First Wine Auction of the year at Christie’s Hong Kong will take place on 12 March

To be led by an ‘Esteemed Connoisseur’s Private Collection Part III’, the sale will feature the rarest and finest Pétrus, Le Pin, and Domaine de la Romanée Conti wines

Part II of the collection of renowned Hong Kong wine dealer Peter Chu will also be on offer

 

Hong Kong – Christie’s Hong Kong Wine Department is delighted to present our first sale of 2016 which offers our clients opportunities to purchase the very best wines from the finest wine regions and producers from around the world.

 

Tim Triptree, Head of the Sale, commented: “We are particularly excited to be offering Part III of an Esteemed Connoisseur’s Private Collection, a continuation of the collection that was first featured in 2014 and then again with Part II in 2015. In this sale the collection features many of the finest producers from Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhône, Tuscany and Napa Valley. We are also pleased to be offering Part II of the Collection of Peter Chu that comprises a wide array of fine vintages of Classed Growth Bordeaux both for enjoyment now and for longer-term cellaring.”
