Singapore – Christie’s is thrilled to amplify its investment in Southeast Asia with an unprecedented, cross-category Hong Kong Autumn Auction highlights preview in Singapore, convening clients, connoisseurs, and enthusiasts from across the region. This exciting event responds to the increasing demand from Southeast Asia buyers in Christie’s global salerooms, alongside the booming market for Southeast Asian art, with exceptional prices achieved by the region’s artists in recent seasons.

In its most expansive preview in Singapore to date, Christie’s will host an extended selection of highlights at The Arts House At The Old Parliament – an historic Singaporean landmark, now serving as a centre for arts and heritage. On display will be museum-quality works from Christie’s 20^th and 21^st Century Art category, including Southeast Asian art, as well as Chinese Paintings, and an array of superb items from across Christie’s Luxury categories, including jewellery, watches and handbags.

The preview will continue at the Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall, a minute’s walk from The Arts House At The Old Parliament, with Christie’s debut showcase of Shen the T. rex – the first T. rex skeleton ever to be offered at auction in Asia. The colossal skeleton will highlight the 20^th/21^st Century Art Evening Sale in Hong Kong on 30 November, and its public display in Singapore offers an extraordinary opportunity for collectors and dinosaur fans in the Southeast Asia region to view and learn about this prehistoric icon.
